We are open for online orders 24hrs a day, our Sales Office in Brisbane is open daily by Appointment Only. All responses to email enquires will be made during office hours.
All deliveries are made by Road Freight to Residential and Business Addresses, but not to PO Boxes.
We accept all Major Credit/Debit Cards.
Our returns policy is designed to ensure you are completely satisfied with your printed products. If you receive an order that is damaged, faulty, or not as approved in your final artwork proof, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the matter promptly and, where appropriate, offer a reprint or refund. Because all items are custom-made, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind or errors in artwork supplied by the customer.
We take great care to ensure every print job meets our quality standards, and we encourage customers to carefully review proofs before production begins. Should an error occur on our end, we will correct it quickly and at no additional cost to you. Our goal is to make your experience smooth, reliable, and hassle-free, and we’re always here to help resolve any concerns with professionalism and transparency.
